Nutcracker as a whole is a memorable experience for me, however, my favorite part is warming up on stage with my friends. The anticipation of the performance to come is really exhilarating and messing around before with your friends is a great way to relax.
This year I am looking forward to challenging myself. By being the Spanish lead I’m getting to try something out of my comfort zone and I’m excited to push myself.
One piece of advice I have for an upcoming MPBT dancer is to just enjoy the process. Watching the whole show come together is a really magical sight and it’s so fun to do with friends.
