Chrissy Brooks, a musical theater performer, director and teacher, cultivates the arts in all forms. She understands that the power of the arts can teach, heal, and give artists their sense of identity and independence. Chrissy holds a BA from Loyola University of Chicago. She is a mother of two young artists who attend Santa Catalina Middle and Upper Schools where Chrissy also teaches musical theater to the Lower and Middle Schools. She serves on the scholarship selection committee for the Monterey Bay Film Commission and is passionate about her role as Vice President on the board at MPBT. She performs professionally nationwide, and was last seen starring as Mrs. Banks in Mary Poppins at Pacific Repertory’s Forest Theater in Carmel.
